Overview, Rules & Schedule
Welcome to season 3 of Biggest Cock & Rudest Loser 3, which begins on March 1st, 2012. This time we’re streamlining the competition to make it more about weight-loss and less about popularity, teams, voting and eliminations. There will be no voting or eliminations this year — the winner of BC&RL3 will be the contestant that loses the largest percentage of weight. Each week you’ll be responsible for sending a themed blurb, themed photo (required) and your weight or weight-loss percentage. Good luck!
The single winner will receive a $20 gift card to WalMart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, Petsmart, Best Buy or a similar national chain store of their choice. In the event of a tie, the $20 prize will be split between the winners evenly.
This is a weight-loss competition. Each Wednesday you will weigh yourself and report your current weight (or percentage or weight loss as determined by the spreadsheet) to Adam. If you want to do the math yourself, download the spreadsheet here. PLEASE DON’T CHEAT! Since the contestants are playing from home and are located all over the continent, we’re relying on you to be honest about your weight.
What is a blurb? A blurb is approximately 3-5 sentences. Each week you will be required to submit a themed blurb. Optional: In addition to the theme, feel free to also include an extra few sentences to describe your weight loss progress.
This year, you will be required to submit a weekly themed photo. Photos may be Photoshopped, altered, and edited if you wish to do so.
Please submit your photo, blurb and weight (or %) to Adam each Wednesday before 5pm EST. Email your stuff to email@example.com, or send a message to Adam via Facebook or cellphone.

Please submit a ‘before’ photo of yourself. In your blurb, discuss your reason for participating, and what you hope to accomplish.
Due Mar 7th, 2012 at 5PM EST:
“GOAL & PRIZE”
Everything is easier if there’s a goal & prize in place. Tell us what your personal goal prize is (a new wardrobe? a vacation? a candy bar?) and how it will motivate you to lose weight. Please submit a photo illustrating personal goal and/or personal prize.

How has your daily diet changed? What are you eating now that you didn’t eat before? What have you given up? How many calories a day are you eating? How many meals a day do you eat? What time a day are you eating? Submit a photo that somehow illustrates your new diet.

How have your exercise habits changed? What are you doing now to stay in shape? Submit a photo of yourself exercising or something that illustrates your exercising habits.
Due Mar 28th, 2012 at 5PM EST:
“WHAT DO YOU MISS THE MOST?”
You’ve accomplished nearly an entire month of dieting. What do you miss the most? Foods? Laziness? Submit a photo of that thing you miss the most.

Submit a photo of a single healthy meal that you’re proud of and describe it. Do you eat this healthy at every meal, or is this a rarity?

A favorite C&R Biggest Loser week – What’s Inside Your Fridge? Take a photo of your refrigerator and describe it.

Everyone is tempted by something (food, laziness, sleep) when you should be eating healthy and exercising. What tempts you? Submit a photo of your ‘temptation’.
Due Apr 25th, 2012 at 5PM EST:
“THE LITTLE THINGS YOU HATE”
Everyone is annoyed by something. In respect to Biggest Loser, what’s one (or more) ‘little things’ that bother you? Maybe it’s your blobby fat hanging over the waist band of your pants OR the way that diet food always tastes awful. Submit a photo that illustrates this week’s theme.

You’re about two months into the greatest diet of your life. How do you feel? Good? Bad? Indifferent? Submit a photo of yourself (or something) that illustrates this feeling.

“WHAT’S IN YOUR CUPBOARD?”
In a desperate attempt to milk the ‘what’s inside your fridge’ theme for another week, take a photo of your food cupboard (or where ever you store your non-refrigerated foods) and describe it.
Due May 16th, 2012 at 5PM EST:
Rosie O’Donnell once admitted to stopping at multiple Waffle Houses because she was embarrassed to order so much food from a single fast-food restaurant. Tell us something embarrassing that you used to do BEFORE your diet began. Submit a photo that illustrates your ‘embarrassing admission’.

The contest is almost over! What are you going to do after BC&RL3 ends? Will your diet continue or will you fall back to your old ways? Submit a photo that somehow illustrates your future plans.
